Job DescriptionProvide a positive experience for our clients and crew.
Oversee daily jobsite operations, including monitoring and maintaining materials and supplies for multiple crews.
Scheduling in coordination with management.
Oversee site crew, ensuring all employees follow company policy and safety protocols.
Oversee training of employees in roofing system installations.
Ensure that roofing systems are installed at the highest degree of quality in the safest and most cost effective and efficient manner.
Maintain jobsite records, delay requests, and weather reports as required.
Monitor job progress and control costs.
Inspect work in progress, prevent any issues from growing, and solving all problems as they arise up to company standard and municipality codes.
Provide support to management as required for materials scheduling and cost information.
Provide information required for change orders, work authorizations, and any additional fees.
Build and maintain a quality installation team to deliver a superior experience to our clients.
Experience RequirementsMust be familiar with multiple types of roofing system installation procedures; Metal roof systems, Tile, Shingles, Modified Bitumen (Hot, Cold, Torch), Single-ply (TPO, Tapered Insulation).
Minimum five (3) years proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or Foreman, managing people and project timelines.
Knowledge of IRC and Florida Building Code is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills. The ability to build a strong level of trust with employees and clients
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Business and financial knowledge.
Ability and willingness to help others succeed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
