W3Global Inc is Hiring a Property Management Client Services Manager Near Roselle, IL
Duties
- Communicate W/Clients: Your team will work closely with 300-350 clients that hire GCR&D to provide the day to day client facing communication
- Solve Maintenance Problems: Utilize your property component knowledge to advise clients on maintenance, repairs, and replacements with your in house maintenance team to execute.
- Navigate Laws & Ordinances: Protect property owners from laws like RTLO, CRTLO, & all of the suburb ordinances
- Manage Your Team: You will have 4-7 direct reports in addition to collaborating with the various departments that will help you achieve your day to day success.
- Solve Problems: Make informed decisions swiftly and logically to address owner, tenant, and property issues.
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the scattered site Property Management industry here in Chicagoland
- Experience working w/investors (property owners)
- Understanding of day-day managing everything from single family to smaller multi family buildings(1-56 units)
- Experience in maintaining midwest housing stock (some Chicago properties are 140 years old)
- Managed a team of 4 direct reports previously
