Our client is looking to add a Restaurant Business Manager (Bookkeeper) to its team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals. This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package!

- Salary: $50k-$70k
- Option to join company-sponsored 401k plan after a 1-year waiting period

- Assist teams to ensure efficient operations

- Monitor profit and loss statements to optimize financial performance
- Oversee sales activities and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Proficiency in analyzing profit loss statements and financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive results
