W3Global Inc is Hiring a Romer Arm Quality Inspector Near Santa Ana, CA
Position DescriptionPerform first article inspections, in process inspections, and final inspections. Quality inspector will also visually check for damaged parts and assure all requirements and documentation is in order and prepare non-conformance reports as needed.

Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 2-5 YEARS OF AEROSPACE, MACHINE-SHOP EXPERIENCE
- CMM & Portable CMM/arm experience using Verisurf is required
- Mastercam experience is a must
- Must have experience with inspecting aerospace parts
- CMM programming and machining background
- Must be able to read or interpret Engineering drawings/print
- Thorough knowledge of dimension and tolerance as required by in-house and or customer drawings
- First Article, In-process and Final inspection
- Proficient in the use of micrometers, digital height gages, comparators, pin gage, bore gages and other metrology instruments
- Creating appropriate records of inspection activities
- Must have worked in AS9100 certified environment
- Intermediate level computer proficiency including e-mail, Word, Excel and Adobe PDF
- Must have initiative. Able to work independently and as well as be a team player
