We are looking for Senior Architect/Senior project manager
- Meet with owners/clients and develop building program used for preliminary drawings.
- Independently coordinate work of a multi-discipline team through multiple phases of a project.
- Coordinate workload of team members through multiple phases to complete documents on schedule.
- review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines.
- Perform QA/QC and technical reviews.
- Perform Contract Administration services including travel to miscellaneous states for construction observation.
- Registered architect with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Architect (5 preferable).
- Proficiency in AutoCad and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Strong consciousness of design vision and aesthetic sensibility.
