Essential FunctionsCoordinate field activities performed by subcontractors
Ensure progress is in conformance with quality, safety, schedule and budget
Address any conflicts in any of the documents or site conditions; pursue the timely resolution of such issues so as to allow the work to continue unimpeded
Create and implement project schedule and manage weekly progress meetings
Job Requirements
Good safety record
Leadership and organizational skills
Work well under pressure
Familiarity with construction techniques and coordinating multiple contractors
Experience in DC/DGS metro area a plus
Familiarity with scheduling software
