Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough developmental assessments and deliver personalized speech therapy services.
- Follow and implement each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and collaborate with families to develop effective strategies to achieve developmental milestones.
- Utilize a family-centered parent coaching approach to enhance caregivers' skills and confidence, ensuring progress is made in the child's natural environment.
- Provide ongoing re-assessments, detailed progress reports, and maintain strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license.
- Experience in home-based service delivery is a plus.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
