You will play a pivotal role in helping to support our depository and Treasury Management growth goals. Since we are a smaller, yet rapidly growing bank, you are willing to roll-up your sleeves with a can do attitude, lead the back office support of our Deposit and Treasury Management Business Development team, own the deposit, payments, innovative solutions and treasury management processes and systems - in order to open high volumes of new accounts and get things done on behalf of Deposit and Treasury clients.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include owning and managing scalable processes and systems to help us achieve high levels of deposit and treasury sales, tracking new accounts, manage account set up processes, timelines and volume to ensure the bank meets its sales objectives and client expectations. This role is responsible for Treasury Management, Deposit, Payments, Innovative Solutions, and services such as: Wire, ACH origination, RDC, Positive Pay, sweep accounts, ICS deposit services, CDARS, positive pay, ACH filters, payments, business mobile and online banking applications support. This also includes managing analysis billing and fee assessments to ensure the bank is meeting its non-interest income objectives.
You must have experience using FIS Horizon as a core banking platform and personally using and accessing that system. You consider yourself an experienced and advanced user of FIS Horizon and capable of training and explaining that system to others. Your role will involve rolling up your sleeves, setting up new accounts, following up directly with clients and other deposit and treasury management clients to service their deposit, treasury management, wire, payments and online banking needs.

- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and back-office owner of processes and systems for deposits, payments and Treasury Management services.
- Takes personal responsibility and lead Client Success team for the end-to-end deposit client onboarding process with optimal experience and competitive SLAs to ensure a smooth transition and timely implementation consistent with client expectations.
- Owns client cross-selling opportunities and client follow-up to enhance the client experience and help ensure the bank meets or exceeds its deposit growth goals.
- Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate and execute a client onboarding plan.
- Develops and implements checklists, processes, procedures, forms, reporting metrics, follow-up actions, and surveys - designed to meet or exceed deposit goals.
- Personally builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and prospects, acting as the primary support contact for their deposit and treasury management needs.
- Proactively conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction, engagement and the full use of our Bank services.
- Acquires and maintains expert knowledge of FIS systems, and all deposit and treasury management services in order to facilitate efficient and timely client onboarding.
- Manage and lead client training sessions and develops and distributes training tools - to ensure that Clients understand and fully utilize our Bank's deposit and Treasury Management tools.
- Takes ownership of concerns expressed by clients, serves as a liaison with internal teams, and proactively keep clients informed of resolutions.
- Proactively identifies potential challenges clients may experience, and creatively work to identify preventative solutions to achieve better client outcomes.
- Take the lead in tracking and regularly reporting SLAs and KPIs in serving clients to all other bank departments to reinforce our client focused culture.
- Maintain disclosures to ensure they are updated and aligned with any changes in products.
- Own and lead ProcessMaker or the bank's online digital portal updates and enhancements
- Lead and manage product management and innovation.
- Complies with all regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in deposit services and/or treasury management at a financial institution.
- Prior experience managing deposit or treasury management back office operations.
- Designation as an Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience of deposit and treasury management services.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent service to teammates, sales staff, and customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and the MS Office Suite of products.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business or finance preferred.
- 5 years in experience in deposit services and/or treasury management at a financial institution.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs. (e.g., file boxes).
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop.
- Sitting/Standing for 90% of the time.
- Requires ability to use the keyboard for up to 8 hours.
- Travel may be required.
