Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective complaint resolution.
- Oversee the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day sales operations within the showrooms.
- Ensure the showrooms are well-maintained, visually appealing, and stocked with appropriate inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends in the kitchen and bath sector.
- Educate the sales team about product features and benefits.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure a comprehensive product offering.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a VP of Sales, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Experience in the kitchen and bath industry or a related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
