Job Title: Concierge

Summary:
The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of the company’s Resource Center retail locations. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and ensuring all guests and callers are professionally and courteously directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate company representatives.
- Manage visitor intake, including sign-in logs and exit satisfaction surveys.
- Schedule one-on-one consultations for licensed and certified company representatives as needed.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as light filing, data entry, and maintaining updated corporate directories.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters) are up-to-date and available.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and supplies appropriately.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a workplace of 50 employees.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
