Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Correctional Officers. As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within correctional facilities. Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor inmates to ensure compliance with rules and regulations - Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility - Respond to emergencies and incidents within the facility - Enforce discipline and ensure the welfare of inmates - Maintain accurate records and write reports on incidents and daily activities - Operate CCTV systems and other security equipment - Assist in the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates Qualifications: - CPR certification - Proficient in report writing - Military experience is a plus - Strong conflict management skills - Familiarity with CCTV operations - Knowledge of law enforcement procedures - First aid training/certification is preferred Join our team as a Correctional Officer and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals within the correctional system.
