The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning and coordinating all manufacturing activities in order to meet schedule requirements in a safe manner. Supervises hourly coordinators and production employees while evaluating and coaching employees to improve performance. They are also expected to actively support the SQDCME Scorecard initiatives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment) in their respective area.
