- Specialty Vehicle Manufacturing Environment
- Read and follow blueprints and work orders
- Understand welding equipment, settings and technique
- Proficient in Mig, Tig, and Stick welding of aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel
- Cleaning and preparation of unit
- Tape measure accuracy
- Safe usage of basic use of hand tools
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Squatting/bending/kneeling
- Standing for long periods
- Walk and move about – as required
- Safety glasses with side shields
- Steel Toe or approved safety toe shoes
- Welding helmet, goggles or other protective eye equipment
- Gloves
- Welding jacket or protective sleeves as required
- Housekeeping
- Other Department/Job specific Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
