What will your job look like?

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a great attitude to join our company to assist in the call center at Waccamaw Heating and Cooling. This position will be full-time, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

• Track incoming service calls and assign the appropriate technician to the job
• Coordinate service technician arrival times with customers
• Communicate with customers after work is completed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Manage and update customer database with complete and accurate information
• Respond positively to calls from customers to understand their needs and effectively schedule work orders
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and technicians
• Responsible for the permitting process

What do you need?

• Previous dispatching, project management or schedule coordinating experience is a plus
• Service Titan experience a major plus!
• Geographical knowledge of service areas or map reading skills
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Waccamaw Heating and Cooling may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
