What will your job look like?

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC team to help deliver excellent customer service.

• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.
• For each installation job, request the necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify that the truck is loaded properly with all the materials needed to complete it.
• Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained.

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of residential Lead HVAC installation experience and knowledge.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.
• Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s) independently and accurately.
• Waccamaw Heating & Cooling may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
