Job Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents including import / export, assign freight carriers when necessary
- Assist with SAP transactions and reports (cycle counts, adjustment, process order efficiencies, etc.)
- Perform duties as backup scheduler when required
- Perform procurement duties when required
- Perform customer service duties when required
- Perform general office duties such as filing and typing
- Special tasks : Key User of SAP R / 3, APO
Job Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, interpersonal, and computer (Word, Excel) skills. Must be a self-starter, be able to multi-task, and prioritize to meet customer demand.
Applicants must possess unrestricted US work authorization.
