Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of technology-related sales, sales excellence, account management or business analyst experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in Excel & Access.
• Additional Power BI knowledge is a strong plus
• Ability to orchestrate and influence virtual teams to pursue sales opportunities and lead v-teams through influence.
• Coaching & Enablement.
• Contribute to the success of others on the team by sharing best practices, patterns, and offering technical leadership and enablement with key stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of key competitive service providers.
• The ability to articulate the advantages of client Support to technical decision makers.
• Execute a solution sales process that adds value to customers through commercial teaching to win the business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Rhythm of Business.
• Experience in leading ROB meetings and holding stakeholders accountable is a strong plus
• Technical Strong interest for and experience with Migration/Modernization to cloud and technology management.
• Using Excel to generate reports with imported data, cross reference information, generate insights, connect databases.

Team Technical Stack:

• Experience with Data, strong Excel
• Being able to analyze and work with data
• Produce reports
• Familiar with sales data reporting pipeline is a plus

Must have skills for this role:

• Reporting - publishing new info in Power BI
• work with stakeholders regarding insights
• tracking opportunities and values of support services
• Heavy data analyst role, excel, power BI, etc.
• The need to also be an independent thinker and someone that doesn't require constant direction.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
