WaferWire is seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team. The position involves being a Senior Program Manager who will collaborate closely with Global Support Partner (GPS).

Job Description:

• This team is dedicated to empowering and assisting global system integrator partners and others. The primary objective is to facilitate and strengthen the relationships with these partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources for successful collaboration and integration within the ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading and managing programs within the Enablement team. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programs, from conception to completion. The Program Manager will manage project scope, budget, timeline, and resources, while ensuring that the project meets its objectives and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of programs from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Develop a detailed program plan, including project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against the program plan, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies as required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, project teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Communicate program status, issues, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Ensure that the program adheres to all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
• Develop and manage the program budget, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hands on experience with any enterprise level enablement teams would be a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully leading large, complex programs.
• Someone who have worked in GSI (Global System Integrator), but focused on LMS (Learning Management System) in program-related tasks.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience working with Senior level stakeholders ( Director, GM, VP) preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of project managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, and tracking.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• They need to have native fluency in Japanese and be able to support the Japan timezone.
