Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kansas City, MO. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and implementing company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for monitoring and improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and employee development.
