The Opportunity:
Wagestream has ambitious growth targets in the US and are looking for the right person to scale and take the US Delivery team forwards to deliver on the overarching goal of bringing Wagestream’s financial wellbeing platform to more and more customers Stateside.
As US Head of Delivery, you will be managing a team of Delivery Managers, responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of all projects - both customer launches and in-life customer optimisation work, ensuring at all times they meet business objectives and customer requirements. We’re looking for someone who displays strong leadership, a willingness to roll your sleeves up, stepping up to take on a player-manager role as we scale the team, as well as the hunger to accept nothing but excellence in service delivery.
The Team:
You’ll be working closely alongside the US VP of Commercial to ensure the team is resourced accordingly and focussed on the right KPIs to support the growing pipeline of signed customers.
You’ll work closely with the US Head of Client Success, ensuring customers are leaving Hypercare in the optimum state to enjoy ongoing account management and you’ll also benefit from regular sync ups with your counterparts across the pond in the UK - sharing best practice, learnings and knowledge to take the US Delivery pipeline to the next level.
What will you be doing?
Beyond managing the pipeline and scaling the team for success, you’ll also be the Implementation point of contact for our partners. This part of the role will be crucial in enabling us to deepen our relationships with existing partners so we can continually improve the onboarding experience for our partner clients and also setting new partnerships up on frameworks that enable seamless transition for clients onto the platform.

Remuneration: $140,000 - 160,000 bonus & equity
