Duties:

Prepare, send, and follow up with invoicing of all projects and services

Create new job numbers and descriptions upon the point of sale

Prepare and distribute onboarding packets for new hires

Prepare weekly payroll and issue paychecks and direct deposits

Manage employee/employer contributions and deductions on a weekly basis (401(k), HAS, Health Insurance)

General clerical services, such as, filing, scanning, answering phones, and other general duties in an office setting

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in AR and general bookkeeping

High level of familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop

Skilled at Microsoft software, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to sit and look at a screen for long periods of time
