Job Duties:

• Quote new business and service renewals
• Ability to handle billing and policy questions
• Play a key role in driving revenue and growth
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans that marry your interests with our target market
• Continuously learn and improve your people, sales and marketing skills/knowledge
• Collaborate with team members and business owner to achieve common goals

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills (comfortable speaking with clients and discussing policies)
• Willingness to make prospecting calls and network to develop new business
• Effectively communicate and build rapport in person and by phone
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
