WAGO is seeking a dedicated individual that can work under direct but limited supervision in Electronic Assembly and ensure that production follows requirements.WAGO offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company-paid insurance plans-life, AD&D, short-term disability and long-term disability, and a retirement 401k plan.Experience Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous background should include experience in electronic assembly or formal schooling
- Possess hand soldering skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read and write in the English language
- Solid oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
- Perform assignments by established deadlines and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently or with other members of the manufacturing team
- Building of all electronic assemblies according to specification listed in drawings, instructions, and IPC 610
- Ensure documented procedures are followed and updated
- Comply with WAGO Corporation and OSHA safety policies
- Perform all procedures set by ISO9001:2015 pertaining to Electronic Assembly
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Once trained
- Operate the wave solder and surface mount machines
- Perform testing of electronic assemblies as required by assigned workstation
- Perform In-process and final inspection of products built within the electronic assembly area
- Assist in training of any new or temporary employees in the procedures of electronic assembly
