Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer relationship management, and legal administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations
- Implement and enforce leasing policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate resident records using OneSite software
- Handle inquiries and issues from residents promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Conduct property inspections and address any safety or maintenance concerns
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in OneSite software preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of facilities management practices
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
