Residential Care Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Full-time

Our Residential Care Nurse Supervisor provides daily oversight of resident care for our residential care neighborhood. Primary responsibility includes delivering and overseeing excellent nursing care to assigned residents, coordination of care plans, data management, infection control and wound care, liaison with families and other care providers, and supervision of LNA’s and other support staff during the shift.

Key Qualities:
  • Provides direct nursing care in collaboration with other staff to ensure that care is given to residents.
  • Acts as primary liaison with families and other care providers to ensure that all information regarding resident care is communicated clearly, consistently and time.
  • Completes all required State assessments in accordance with mandated requirements and maintains supporting documentation.
Education and Experience:
  • Current and unencumbered Vermont license as Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of two years of clinical oversight experience in a long-term care setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
