Location: Districtwide

Salary: $30-35 per hour, non-benefit position

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting or a similar role. College degree preferred. Must have strong management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with families, staff, students, and school administration. Must have strong computer skills.

Description of Duties:

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing all operations of the assigned school site including but not limited to:

• Supervising, training (following training protocols), and evaluating all teacher/adult leaders, college assistants, and high school helpers.
• Staff scheduling, payment collection, payroll time sheets, and attendance of all WA students.
• Supporting enrichment teachers, program providers, staff, and all enrolled students on-site.
• Designing, directing, and overseeing the implementation of center-based student activities and student engagement.
• Communicating with families via email or in person, as needed.
• Composing and emailing a monthly newsletter to families.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the school staff community (principal, secretary, teachers, ISPs, custodial staff, etc.).
• Attending monthly staff meetings.
• Completing paid Professional Development per year.
• Performing related duties as assigned.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly physical environment.
