We are looking for a positive and experienced Client Services Representative, who is a self-starter and is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and is deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support.
General Summary Of DutiesThis position requires someone who is highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently multi-task. A qualified applicant must be highly organized and able to problem solve. Ultimately the role is to support our clients, so these skills must be accompanied by the ability to interact with clients, anticipate their needs, operate with a sense of urgency, and balance client expectations with company profitability.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assemble thorough responses from various internal departments to resolve client questions or issues as they arise.
  • Respond to client needs relating to specific accounts or questions.
  • Determine priorities of responses and managing timetables when receiving multiple client requests.
  • Contact client to follow up on information needed from internal departments.
  • Proactively identify issues that could arise and adversely affect clients and work to prevent the issue from surfacing to the client.
  • Process files on a daily basis for assigned clients.
  • Possess the ability to work autonomously in performing all of the above duties assuring that all client-related issues are resolved in an expedient and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Prevailing Client Service mentality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conscientious of work quality and attention to detail.
  • Able to problem-solve and work independently.
  • Proficient level of knowledge in Excel and Access Microsoft programs.
  • Business and social skills that allow interaction with various levels of management.
  • Experience with collection software, Artiva, a plus but not required.
