Long Island based manufacturer & distributor of plumbing products seeks qualified individual to manage a network of sales representatives in the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic region. Customer base includes plumbing, heating, & industrial wholesalers. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include:

- Training & motivating existing sales force

- Evaluating market trends & competitive factors

- Enhancing customer relationships

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities

- Occasional overnight travel is required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years sales management experience in the plumbing industry at manufacturer, wholesaler, or manufacturer’s rep level.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Self-starter with a positive, competitive attitude

- Confident & effective presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• Up to 25% travel
• Up to 50% travel

Experience:

• Plumbing supply: 5 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
