Full Time Warehouse Associate
Job Overview
You’ll be part of the Walder Foundation Products team that gets orders ready for customers relying on our products. Our fast-paced, physical roles take place in a variety of areas including pulling orders, loading, and unloading trucks, creating sales orders and local deliveries. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your duties may include:
- Receive and put away inventory.
- Get customer orders ready and pack them up.
- Load boxes into trucks for shipment.
- Create sales orders.
- View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks.
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure product meets quality requirements.
- Operate and drive trucks.
- Operate a forklift and work at heights up to 20 feet. Equipment, training and certification are provided free of cost.
You'll also need to be able to:
- Lift up to 100 pounds.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable).
- Work at a height of up to 20 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable).
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
Compensation
· $18 Per Hour M-F 8am-4pm.
· Single Health Insurance covered.
· 1-week vacation/sick leave per year. (Not carried over. If unused, then paid out at end of the year).
· Life Insurance $20K.
· Long Term Disability Policy.
· Up to 6 days paid for Holiday Time off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, 4th July, Memorial Day, Labor Day).
