CSR Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computer Operations
- Excellent Typing Skills
- Team player who is self-motivated
- Excellent verbal/written communication and phone skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask with interruptions
- Organization and punctuality are essential
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with day-to-day workflow to ensure continued office functionality.
- Assist with Online Research.
- Email and Phone communication with advertising clients will require a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
- Email and Phone communication for any outstanding invoices.
- Utilize CRM platforms and online technology to guide customers through the purchasing process.
- 60-70% of the job is spent on the phone.
