Job Summary:
Walker Acura is seeking a skilled and motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our team. As a Quick Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services on a variety of vehicles. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services according to manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle maintenance and recommended services
• Inspect and diagnose potential issues on customer vehicles
• Install and balance tires
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills through on-the-job training and manufacturer-provided courses

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a Quick Lube Technician or similar role in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
