Provider Services Representatives | Hybrid | Richardson, TX | Contract to Hire

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Provider Services Representatives for a healthcare client located in Richardson, TX. This is a contract position.

Start Date: ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain accuracy of provider information in core internal and member facing systems.
• Requires frequent contact with our provider partners to confirm the accuracy of information provided with 95% or greater accuracy.
• Requires the data entry of updates to internal provider systems with a 95% or greater accuracy rate.
• Ability to establish strong business relationships

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Provider Data Management/Provider Services experience
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Healthcare Industry experience

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
