Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge seeks Resident Assistants to deliver hands-on personal care to meet each resident's physical health and hygiene needs according to their individual care plan under the direction of a nurse. The Resident Assistant will perform specialized procedures including medication administration, medication reminders, accurate vital signs, simple wound care dressing, and catheter care. Come join an amazing team!
Schedule: Part-time and full-time, AM, PM, NOC. Every other weekend.
Minimum qualifications:

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification or PCA/HHA experience
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to resident needs and ability to build positive relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in acute care, long-term care or assisted living setting
