The Revenue Audit Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Revenue Audit staff and functions. Insure daily gaming and outlet audits are being performed. Maintains general ledger accounts and various spreadsheets, reconciles accounts, investigates variances, and performs activities related to credit applications approval. Ensures the timely reporting of the IGB weekly gaming tax report. Ensures compliance with various state and federal tax reporting. Responsible for daily tax submissions to the IGB along with other state required reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily audits of vault and cage transactions, gaming activities, and other revenue centers are being performed in compliance with SOPs, IGB, and Federal and State rules and regulations Internal controls.
• Use information for daily reconciliation and processing of various gaming reports.
• Ensure preparation of the daily revenue report.
• Perform, review, and verify month-end account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely submission of the weekly and month-end IGB tax report submission. Remove, this seems redundant to what is above.
• Reconcile slot and table drop processes.
• Review MTLs, CTRs, and SARs.
• Provide exceptional guest service for all external and internal customers.
• Responsible for the operation of the Revenue Audit department, successful performance of employees, and a favorable guest experience.
• Responsible for effectively managing, delegating duties, and the performance and development of department staff; inclusive of interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and termination of staff.
• Manage expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Finance or previous audit experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
