Job Summary:
Walker Volkswagen is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Express Service Advisor. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and profit opportunities in our Service department. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and prioritize service orders and appointments
- Recommend necessary services based on vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of services
- Update customers on the status of their vehicle and any changes to the original service plan
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Continuously strive to increase knowledge of products, services, and promotions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
