Walker & Walker Law offices, a Busy, prominent, twin cities bankruptcy law firm needs a full time, entry level legal assistant to greet and assist clients, answer heavy phones, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, maintain files, and assist in resolution of routine legal issues.

Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently with the ability to prioritize work, have strong typing/computer skills and excellent communication skills.

Experience is not required. Plus factors include; knowledge about maintaining desktop computers and printers and previous customer service experience.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
