ROLE – New Product Introduction Program Manager

LOCATION – Cupertino, CA - Hybrid

MAIN SKILLS – Product Management, New Product Introduction experience, experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product development, Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Apple cross-functional teams & Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations teams to plan, execute and report status of PRQ projects.

• Work with OEM to plan PRQ qualification builds, secure materials, line readiness and monitor progress PRQ builds.

• Manage component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost.

• Plan and seek approval for PRQ budgets.

• Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.

• Program manage key issues, assess associated risks and communicate clearly across all levels of organization, report current status and options for resolution to cross-functional teams and management.

Required Skills :

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product development

• Result oriented and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management

• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain/Operations, Science or Engineering. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
