Overview:
Maintenance Person:
Walkway Realty has a portfolio of both historic residential and commercial properties. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be under the direction of our Maintenance Supervisor and you will spend your days out in the field with your team, completing scheduled maintenance, responding to service requests, and maintaining the grounds.

Daily Tasks include but not limited to:
Groundskeeping: This includes daily rounds of cleaning up multiple properties, maintaining lawn care such as mowing, weeding, trimming, and garbage removal.
Completing service requests as assigned: This may be big or small but is of utmost importance that the task be completed in a timely manner to ensure our residents are receiving quality service.
Apartment turnovers: Ensure the units are adequately repaired, painted, and cleaned for the next tenants and uphold Walkway Realty standards.
Preventative and scheduled maintenance: Changing HVAC filters, seasonal maintenance such as gutter cleaning, snow removal, lawn care, winterizing vacant properties, grounds keeping, and much more.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00 (weekends and evenings as needed)
Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation, available to travel to Beacon from Poughkeepsie on occasion. Position is based in Poughkeepsie.
Pay will range from $18-$20 an hour depending on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per year
