Wallace Real Estate is currently seeking motivated, career driven individuals to join our North Office. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as we provide extensive training to help agents establish and grow their real estate careers.

Qualifications:

· Possess (preferred) or be willing to obtain a real estate license in Tennessee

· Minimum of 1 year experience - Preferred

· Goal oriented and disciplined with a strong work ethic

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Possess excellent communication skills

· Ability to establish and grow relationships

· Driven by a sense of honesty and integrity

· Ability to diffuse tense situations and remain calm

· Maintain professional demeanor and positive attitude

· Willingness and ability to accommodate clients’ schedules including evenings and weekends
