As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including but not limited to financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury management, and financial reporting. Working closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, mitigate risks, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Monitor financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Evaluate and manage risks related to financial operations and investments.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of driving financial performance and results.
