JOB SUMMARY:
Working as a Caregiver in our Community Based Care facility you will maintain the highest quality of care by ensuring our residents needs aremet while providing supportive companionship. Wallowa Valley will provide the free training and resources to start your new career and retain top quality skills. We support our staff through trauma informed care principles and offer an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist residentsin their daily living activities
  • Follow residentplan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
  • A Caregiver will participate inlife enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
  • Provides emotional supports and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Fostersa supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
  • Present for staff meetings and trainings
  • Other duties as assigned

We offer 17 Assisted Living apartments and 8 in the Memory Care.
