As our Business Development Specialist, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with realtors, interior designers, cabinet shops, and other home service professionals. Your ultimate goal is to connect with high-end homeowners and drive sales through strategic networking and marketing initiatives.

Relevant Industry Experience:

• Experience in blind and/or window treatment sales, flooring sales, kitchen/bath remodeling, or home decor is highly preferred.

Computer Proficiency:

• You are comfortable with using industry-specific software and other computer tools.

Objectives:

Sales & Networking:

• Complete estimates and close painting jobs at a high success rate.

• Strategically optimize our sales process to ensure continuous growth.

• Build and nurture relationships with realtors, interior designers, cabinet shops, and other home service professionals.

• Visit a minimum of 5 real estate offices per week.

• Attend 1 to 2 networking events per week.

• Call 5 past customers per week.

Marketing & Brand Development:

• Lead new marketing initiatives to increase our market presence.

• Enhance our brand through positive reviews and referrals.

• Optimize our marketing strategies for sustained growth.
