Growing property management company looking for full-time Apartment/Common Area Cleaner to start immediately. Come join our team!

We are looking for a self driven, reliable Cleaner who can help maintain our buildings to the standard that our residents have come to expect. This individual needs an entrepreneurial work ethic to manage and coordinate move out and common area cleaning. An ability to work independently, but also as a member of a team is essential along with a positive attitude towards work and people.

Responsibilities include:

• Track and manage cleaning schedule for all buildings
• Clean vacant apartments quickly and efficiently to make move-in ready
• Clean and monitor upkeep of community common areas.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment
• Drive to properties daily to complete assigned cleaning work orders
• Efficient completion of cleaning work orders
• Transport trash and waste to assigned disposal areas
• Utilize record/reporting system to receive assignments and communicate progress.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings.
• Communicate facility maintenance and safety concerns to manager

Requirements include:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle
• Car Insurance
• Must have a minimum of 1 years of cleaning/housekeeping/janitorial or other related experience
• Must be a good communicator and have a positive attitude to work and people
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job (able lift 20 lbs & be on feet up to 8 hours/day)

This is an hourly/non-exempt position. Wage will be determined on experience.
