Personal Lines Insurance Specialist Position Summary Leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions seeks a dedicated and client-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include offering expert advice, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to clients regarding personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal policies.

Offer tailored insurance advice based on each client's specific situations and coverage requirements. Conduct detailed reviews of existing policies, recommending necessary adjustments or additional coverage options.

Inform clients about various insurance products, policy options, and the advantages of different types of coverage. Efficiently handle new applications, renewals, and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Address client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
