In this role, you will engage with clients to assess their unique insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions that offer security and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
- Evaluate client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies, including home, auto, and business insurance
- Clearly present and explain policy details, benefits, and coverage to clients
- Support clients with renewals, endorsements, and the claims process
- Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
- Solid understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
