Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks,
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and tenants.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a maintenance role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff and tenants.

- Ability to perform various maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
