Primary Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning of tenant hanger space.
• Complete minor repairs, including painting.
• Where able assist in diagnosing building & equipment issues
• Obtain quotes for major maintenance items, and in coordination with location leadership, schedule and oversee those maintenance items.
• Manage stock of supplies used in routine job duties.
• Manage landscaping and snow removal.
• Assist line service department as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid US driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is done primarily outdoors. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must pass employment drug test.

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to perform frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, and grasping actions.
• May be required to work nights and weekends.
