Position Summary... What you'll do... Join the Litigation team to work with and support attorneys, case managers and leadership who are advising the Company in commercial and employment practice areas about legal rights, obligations and risks while developing litigation strategies to respond to legal issues and reduce costs for the Company. Drive strategy and implementation of projects in the litigation space. Collaborate with cross functional teams and play an important role in mitigating corporate risk by ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and practices. You’ll make an impact by... Managing litigation-related projects end-to-end, including gathering/analyzing data and information to recommend and implement process improvements. Managing a small docket of litigated matters and claims. Monitoring pending litigation in which the Company is a member of a plaintiff class and in researching and supporting the Company’s claims in such matters. Developing and implementing tools for decision making and project objectives. Providing updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress of projects and budgets; prioritizing multiple projects and timelines; enforcing project milestones in accordance with the project plan. Creating reports from data and maintaining security/confidentiality of sensitive information, data and communications; collaborating with stakeholders on reports; developing and maintaining reporting tools; and tracking filings and recoveries in Walmart-as-class-member cases; developing, evaluating, and implementing data management strategies. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You have experience as a Project Manager. You have experience with litigation or other legal areas. You are comfortable with technology and how to leverage systems and tools to improve processes. You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness. You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders. You have experience working with cross-functional teams. Minimum qualifications… Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field and 1 years’ experience in project management, process design, consulting, analytics, or related field OR 3 years’ experience in project management, process design, consulting, analytics, or related field.
