Our client is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.
- Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct monthly AR and AP reconciliations
- Close out AP and AR periods monthly
- Conduct General Ledger reconciliations
- Reconcile Intercompany accounts
- Review AP batches to ensure accuracy
- Assist with payroll processing
- Maintain routine schedules to obtain primary financial data for use in accounting records.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements.
- Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in finance or business administration is preferred
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
