Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Our Facilities Technician will be someone who likes to be outdoors and maintain the overall appearance of the facilities and grounds. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Identifying facility related issues, grounds issues and propose a plan of action.
- Perform regular inspections, hold vendors responsible and execute the repairs as needed.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance.
We're Looking For:

• Ability to work with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical devices, torches, liquids,and electrical devices.
• Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, snowplow, and man lifts.
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places outdoors in all temperatures.
• Must have carpentry skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to Drive vehicles.
• Utilizing physical and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
• This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds.
